About Phase One
L. Simone Henderson, MPS
Simone brings years of experience in executive operations and strategic communications, grounded in a deep passion for rhetoric and framing that began with early community work in West Chester, OH. Her “get-it-done” approach has made her a trusted go-to for high-stakes projects that demand discretion and cross-sector insight. After managing external and government affairs portfolios across industries, Simone founded Phase One Strategies to offer holistic, high-impact solutions through a dynamic international network built for execution.
Simone served the White House as an Advance Associate for the Executive Office of the President and the Office of the Vice President. Leading and executing event logistics across the country in coordination with federal and state municipalities and law enforcement, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
Simone is from West Chester, OH (Cincinnati area). Simone received her Bachelor of Arts from Hanover College in Political Communications and her Master of Professional Studies from George Washington’s Graduate School of Political Management in Strategic Public Relations.
